The Great Dying

Tonight’s reading on The Great Death amazed me the fact that nine tenths of the population died from new civilization migrating into the Americas. And that the were so sick that they could not get food. "A great many died from the plague and many other died of hunger. The y could not get up to search for food and everyone else was to sick too care for them so they starved in their beds." The fact the Columbian exchange which was meant to bring crops including wheat, rice, sugarcane, grapes, and many garden vegetables and fruits, animals and people to the new world, but in the exchange from the old world to the new world everyone brought diseases and germs. The long term with out the transition from the old world to the new world Europe would never be as per full or a wealthy as Asia.
