colonial societies

I would like to live in the Spanish colonies of Brazil. Being white male would automatically give me power over everyone who isn't a white male.  white males were often given women and land from the natives and had by the governments decree I would be in charge of all who worked for me. I would also have the luxury of being able to vote for the laws in my community because as a white male i would have say in the government of my colony. A part form the economic and legislative reasons Brazil is a cool place to be. by cool I mean hot. I hate cold weather and could never live in the harsh winters of the British colonies. Because of Brazils mild winters and favoritism towards the white male it is a simple choice for me to make of where i would deli to live.
